New totes alert! This week, we have something very exciting to share with you: a limited-edition run of Bison totes is here!
Every KMM & Co. tote is made of full-grain leather (the best grade available)! Most of the leathers we select for our tote bags and accessories are made from cowhide. But every once in a while, we find a beautiful leather made of Bison hide. Bison leather is often thicker than cowhide, and it's beloved for its prominent grain.
Ahead, take a look at the colors we chose for our new batch of limited-edition Bison leather totes. Each one is a gorgeous color, with a prominent grain and rustic finish. We think you're going to love them!
Petrol Blue bison
The first Bison leather we chose is this gorgeous Petrol Blue! It's a beautiful summery blue with a hint of green and a warmer tone than our Navy Kodiak tote. This leather is pebbled, with a very prominent grain and a soft temper. Add in some dramatic pull-up, and we just couldn't resist!
Red bison
We love vibrant colors, so we couldn't pass up the chance to order a gorgeous Red bison leather! This leather is structured, with a smooth feel. But the signature bison grain is still very visible, made even more prominent by the leather's gorgeous waxed finish and high-contrast pull-up.
Honey bison
A warm Honey tone is an underrated neutral in our book, so we were thrilled to find a gorgeous bison leather in this classic hue. Honey bison is smooth to the touch, and stiff enough to yield a structured tote. Gorgeous pull-up and the beautiful bison grain come through, too, thanks to the leather's waxed finish.
Brown bison
The last time we offered a bison leather tote, it was a gorgeous brown. So we wanted to order a Brown bison leather this time, too! This leather is thick and structured, but still feels soft to the touch. It's smooth instead of pebbled, but the signature bison grain emerges with the leather's waxed finish.
